I am a multidisciplinary designer, educator, researcher, and academic leader with expertise in graphic design, digital media, photography, and design education. Based in the UAE, I combine industry experience, creative practice, and academic leadership to create innovative learning experiences that connect design education with current industry needs.

Currently serving as Academic Programs Chair for Design and Media Production, I lead curriculum development, program innovation, and academic strategy within higher education. My work focuses on competency-based education (CBE), industry-aligned curriculum design, and fostering meaningful partnerships between academia and the creative industries.

With more than a decade of experience in applied media and design education, I have led program accreditation initiatives, cross-campus curriculum alignment projects, and the development of courses in graphic design, digital media, content creation, UI/UX design, photography, and creative production. I am passionate about creating learning environments that encourage creativity, critical thinking, professional practice, and lifelong learning.

As a researcher and creative practitioner, my interests explore the intersection of design, media, culture, and education. Through teaching, research, and international collaborations, I strive to bridge academic knowledge with real-world application, preparing students for successful careers in the evolving creative economy.
